Role Reversal

Our leaders talk about the activities carried out as part of the mini-project „Role Reversal” within the SIGNS project (funded by Erasmus+).
Projekt składa się z trzech części. W pierwszej osoby słyszące oglądają film tylko w Polskim Języku Migowym, bez dźwięku i napisów. W drugiej ten sam film, ale już z napisami i dźwiękiem. W trzeciej próbują odczytać mowę z ust. W każdej części uczestnicy i uczestniczki dzielą się swoimi odczuciami i przemyśleniami.
The project has three parts. In the first, hearing people watch a video in Polish Sign Language only, without sound or subtitles. In the second, the same video but with subtitles and sound. In the third, they try to lip-read. In each part, participants share their feelings and thoughts.
Część 1. Jak to jest, gdy nic nie rozumiesz? Osoby słyszące obejrzały film w PJM bez dźwięku i napisów. Ich reakcje mówią same za siebie.
